Discontinuance, Modifications & Restrictions

LPD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when such change is posted. Your continued access to or use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

LPD may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. LPD may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. LPD may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and, upon such termination, you shall immediately destroy all Materials.

Applicable Laws & Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Site is controlled, operated and administered by LPD from the state of Illinois in the United States of America. Those who choose to access our site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. This Visitor Agreement constitutes an agreement made in, and to be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By accessing or using this site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois, in all disputes arising out of or in any way related to this agreement or any of our sites in any way whatsoever.

You may not use the Site or export the Materials in violation of U. S. export laws and regulations.

Dispute Resolution & Limitations

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LPD and you with respect to your use of the Site. You agree not to take any legal action against us that relates to or arises out of our site without first sending us, via registered mail, a detailed written description of the facts and law out of which your claim arises, and negotiating with us in good faith for not less than 90 days toward resolution of the dispute.

Any cause of action that you may have arising from or related to your access or use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If either party fails to insist upon or enforce strict performance by the other party of any provision of this Visitor Agreement, or to exercise any right under the Visitor Agreement, such failure shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of such party's right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance.
